The above rates include up to 10 people (including children).
Until reservation is confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Furnishings:
The townhome is completely furnished.   In addition, the townhome has five burner gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, convection oven, plates, pans, knives & forks, dishwasher, flat-screen TVs, VCR, DVD, towels, clean sheets & blankets, showers, bath tubs, wireless internet, gas grill, hot tub, washer and dryer.

Reservations & Payment
Reservation may be made by an adult, 25 years old or older, by telephone only.  Call 1-303-818-7573 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily Mountain Time.  Payment may be made by telephone with a credit card. A 33% deposit is due at the time of a reservation with a credit card. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.  In the event of damage to the townhome during your stay, we will charge your credit card for the cost of repiar or replacement and you hereby authorize us to do so.

Cancellations
A cancellation may be made by telephone only. Cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival will be assessed a $75.00 handling fee. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival—no refund will be given—unless the townhome is re-rented at the same rate for the same time period.

Groups
We do not rent to high school or college student groups (fraternities, sororities, etc.) or any other group that intends to use the townhome as an “excessive drinking and/or party” place.

Health and Safety
All bedrooms have egress windows. Hard wired smoke detectors are supplied near each bedroom. Fire extinguishers are supplied. 

Cleaning
A thorough cleaning is done by a professional cleaning company after each guest leaves. Bathrooms are thoroughly disinfected and all linens are washed. Daily maid service is not available.

Smoking
Sorry, smoking is not permitted inside the townhome.

Sorry, no pets allowed.
